About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Supervisor to help lead day-to-day kitchen operations in our fast-paced, quick-service sourdough pizza concept. This is a hands-on role where you will work alongside the team making pizzas, running stations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen. Our menu is simple, our systems are strong, and we focus on maintaining a clean, positive, and high-energy environment. This position is designed as a pathway into management for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas to company standards
- Work across all stations including pizza, pantry, and expo
- Support and help lead the kitchen team during shifts
- Ensure food is prepared quickly, accurately, and consistently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen
- Follow and enforce food safety and sanitation standards
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership mindset and willingness to take initiative
- Team player who leads by example
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic food safety knowledge or willingness to learn
Experience in a kitchen environment is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
